Refresh Quest adventures to a beautiful Southern California beach to explore the modality of "Surf Therapy". When it's just you and a surfboard the master becomes the sun, sand, and surf, as it teaches infinite lessons for the mind, body and soul. Host Jeremy Maupin travels the Southern California coastline with special guest, Rey Carungcong, an occupational surf therapist, where they follow state highway 1 to Ventura Beach to discuss, learn, and experience, Surf Therapy.

Episode 2: “CRYSTAL AWAKENING”.

Host Jeremy Maupin and the Refresh Quest crew begin this exciting episode 13,000 feet above the Mt. Shasta Wilderness as they take in a close up view of Mt. Shasta. Once on the ground they traverse a portion of this wilderness stopping at a few of the scenic hot-spots along the way. Finally arriving in Mt. Shasta City they make their way over to, The Crystal Room, a premier crystal and rock showcase owned and operated by Beverly Ann Wilson. Here they work with Bev where she demonstrates an auditory show and tell from her oscillating modality, Crystal Singing Bowls.

Episode 3: “WILD CRAFTED PICNIC”.

Refresh Quest explores the sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste of the Ojai Wilderness as they meet up with a local foraging guide, Jess Starwood, who teaches host Jeremy Maupin about all of the opportunity one can find if they know what to look for. Jess evokes the question, “What does that land taste like” as she puts together a wild crafted picnic from weeds/foods you can find right in your own backyard.

Episode 4: “GONE MARBLIN”.

Host Jeremy Maupin hits the road with two toy marble experts, Sami Arim and Mike Johnson, as they adventure across the country beginning in California on highway I-80, to a toy marble convention in Des Moines, IA. Along the way they stop off in search of vintage toy marbles in every antique filled small town they can find. This adventure is full of great conversation, scenic wonder, and magical memories that can only be had when road-tripping for toy marbles across the heartland of the United States.

Episode 5: “CONDOR COUNTRY”.

Host Jeremy Maupin, sets off in search for one of the holy grail of birds, the California Condor. Once on the brink of extinction the California Condor is making a comeback, but finding one still proves a difficult task, as Jeremy searches the outskirts of the Los Angeles wilderness and far out into the country side and skies above. On this special, not to be missed episode, Jeremy meets up with two expert Condor specialists from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service where he finally gets more than he bargained for with an opportunity of a lifetime.

Episode 6: “PLANT POWER”.

The Refresh Quest team travels to an area right outside of Los Angeles to explore the 2019 Super-Bloom. This once in a decade floral event sets the stage for a 2022 adventure and conversation about flowers, plants, and their innate powers, as host Jeremy Maupin talks with and learns from a Master Gardner at Ironstone Vineyards, (Robin Redinger) a Restoration Ecologist for the Santa Barbara Botanical Garden, (Steve Windhager) and a Master Herbalist, (David Crow) about growing, connecting, and protecting these incredible life-giving green friends that keep everything on Earth in careful balance.

Host Jeremy Maupin, spends the holiday season exploring Northern California's Fall River Valley. Even in the middle of winter the valley is full of life, as Jeremy talks with the local residents, explores the nearby towns and country roads, and finally ends up kayaking to a true off-the-beaten-path state park named, “Ahjumawi” where the waters come together. Come snow, ice or freezing temperatures, Jeremy sets out into the Fall River Valley to celebrate this sacred wonderland.
